The Canton represents Light-waves through the universe. The bands truly wave in a breeze. The seven stars are a representation of the Matariki constellation commonly known as the seven sisters which herald the Maori New Year; A time of coming together for the sharing of food, song and dance, growth and renewal, and to remember those who have past.

Flags have strong plastic white D-Rings. Will also provide pair of plastic black swivel clips. The black clips I have tested to bending level of 50-60 kg. In theory dual clips ought to hold 100 kg's of wind pull. May not be suitable in a hurricane.

What do the colours of flags represent?

The red blue and pink flags represent and may harmonise with the different colours of the sky. Red or pink sky at night is a sailors delight. The black flag represents the universe at night showing the stars more bright; The blue flag harmonises with a blue sky and just looks good particularly with a few white clouds passing by. At the end of the day we all have different colour preferences and I personally like to fly a different colour depending on the mood of the sky.

Colours may look a bit faded because of sunlight and camera. High penetration one side digital printing may show very slight colour fade on back side.
