Online Shopping Assistant Manager

New World Birkenhead's Online Shopping and delivery is in high demand; therefore, we are seeking a customer focused, friendly and self-motivated person to join our Online Shopping team full-time.

As the Assistant Manager you will assist the Online Shopping Manager to lead, develop and grow the Online Shopping department and its fantastic team.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our customer service is second-to-none therefore weseek that personwho has excellent customer service skills and is able to communicate and build a positive and professional relationship with our online customers to ensure that the Online Shopping department remains successful.

Responsibilities include assisting the department manager in the day-to-day running of the department, accurately picking, packing and then delivering customers online shopping order, providing fantastic customer service and leading the Online Shopping team in the absence of the manager.

The nature of this role can be physical therefore we require someone who is physically fit. A Full, valid and cleanNew Zealand Drivers Licence would as well as good supermarket experience would be an advantage.
