Who can sign up for a Partnership Agreement?

All Residential For Sale and New Homes customers are eligible for a Partnership Agreement.

How long do I have to sign up for?
There is no initial term when joining Trade Me Property on a Partnership Agreement. You are required to provide a minimum 30 days’ notice if you wish to terminate your Partnership Agreement. You will continue to pay the reduced rates for the advertising products used until the 30 days’ notice has expired.

Can I opt out after signing up?
You are required to provide a minimum 30 days’ notice to terminate your Partnership Agreement.

Can I exclude certain listings?
The attractiveness of a Partnership Agreement is that it provides simplicity for your agents, ease of understanding for your vendors, optimum product performance and competitive market advantage with significant cost savings. Although to cater to businesses with particular markets, we now have flexibility on listing types, hence new homes and sections can be excluded.

Why are there different costs for zones?
We structure our zones to reflect the varying market conditions and property specifics, this includes market prices and rating values.

I have two offices, one in Zone 3 and the other in Zone 4, can I have the same pricing for both offices (Zone 4 pricing)?
All listings will be charged at the zone your office is located in.
