Adding stock
To add stock you need to click on the ‘Manage Stock’ option in Dealerbase, go to the ‘Add Vehicle’ category and select the type of vehicle you’d like to add. Depending on which package you are on, the option to add new stock can be found below:
Removing stock
1. To delete stock please click on the ‘Manage Stock’ option and go to the ‘Current Stock’ category.
2. Locate the stock number to be deleted and click on the ‘Trash Bin’ button on the right-hand side.
3. Click confirm and the vehicle will be transferred into your deleted stock.
Please note: If you use a third-party Vehicle Management System or don't have 'Manage Stock' privileges as a user, you won't be able to access this function. Please call the support line on 0800 42 88 62 for assistance.
